Question about S4 2PC (Prevoker)

Hello =).

I just got my 2pc yesterday and I’m wondering if I should always use an empowered spell before reversion now.

I started doing

Empowered Spell > TA > Spread more Echos > Reversion.

Would that be an OK way to go about it? Or is there a better way?

Time bender doesn’t snapshot, so there’s no functional difference

Ok so, There is a different way to play Season1 set vs season2 and 3 set.

TA and Stasis:

Season 1 is ALL about reversion, its not about resetting your reversions, its about having as many out as possible.

This in turn lets you fire off more instant cast living flames for dps or heals (you wont use them for heals probably).

But to understand how to obtain the 10-20 reversions at a time you need to understand Stasis and TA stacking. Before any major pull bank up 2 TA’s in your Stasis, when the pull happens fire off another one. This will give you 15 targets (20 because your previous TA will still have echo on 5 targets) with echo. Most fights have a small burst of damage at the start and if they dont you can just ignore the Stasis TA stack. Remember the Stasis CD doesnt start til the third spell is banked.

Echo and Life Bind:

When you Verdant Embrace to a target you grant them Life bind linking your health pool and their health pool to receive your healing on both targets. This can be abused with Echo up to 20 targets.

Using stasis tech you can Life Bind to the raid on the first major damage or use a slow damage phase mid fight to set up a new Stasis for upcoming damage (raz has a really good one, so does Fyrakk if you are not on Add watch). When you bind to the targets you can pop your Emerald Communion (its never to early) and pulse heal nearby targets, since they are all life binded you will heal them for 25% of their health per tick and 40% of that is life binded to the raid. Its basically a major CD on a 30second Cooldown.

This can also be abused with other major things, Health stones and health pots. It will cause you to pulse your charge to heal the raid, basically creating a 5man or 20man CD once per fight.

When to empower:

Empowering spells is great, and you have 3 of them, you should always pop it AFTER the reversions are out because by the time you set them up you have missed 1-2 ticks.

Also Rank 1 empower is the goal here. Rank 1 fire breath and Rank 1 Dream Breath healing deal the same damage and healing as rank 4-5 just spread out over a duration. Since Dream Breath healing isnt going to be anywhere near your top 5 heals you are fine with rank 1, just aim it towards some one, you can also tip the scales to rank 4-5 it once every 2minutes but you should always use that on spirit bloom since you should be trying to get spirit bloom to pop off its highest rank every time, again its not about the heal its about the effect it grants but spirit bloom is garbage in this set so much that when you get those clear windows of nothing to do, fire it off will ramp all your other healing 50%.

The other Argument to have about Empowered spells is Fire Breath, If you have leaping flame (you should) the T4 set interacts with it allowing you to fire off 5 living flames instant cast at 50% increased healing to 5 targets. This will make living flame a strong heal in a moment of need but otherwise a strong dps in a moment of M+ pushing. Just make sure you have the procs active when you fire them off.
