Question about rogue's killing spree

What has happened to my rogue’s outlaw talent trickster no more killing spree so Devious Distractions and Disorienting Strikes cannot allocate points

Probably because Killing Spree isn’t an optional talent for Trickster. It is required to proc both of those talents. With them in an error state, you most likely can not mess with their points until it is fixed.

If you do not wish to use killing spree, play Fatebound. Trickster does not function properly without it.

'Spree procs Unseen Blade. More Unseen Blades, more Coup De Grace. More Coup De Grace, more chances to Supercharger stacks of Fatal Flourish for your next Killing Spree.

And the cycle continues.

It was a passive talent it no longer exists and is needed for trickster two talents in it are useless. Devious Distractions and Disorienting Strikes

I can not tell with the structure of that sentence if you’re referring to DD and DS being useless or if you’re talking about some other talent being removed and useless.

Either way, you’d be wrong on both fronts. Nothing in the Outlaw or Trickster tree relating to the talents was changed with the patch. Whatever isn’t functioning has nothing to do with the talents, you just are not taking a required skill. Killing Spree isn’t optional for the hero tree. Those two talents are fundamental to the functionality of the hero tree.

DS provides free stacking of Unseen Blade and DD is an AOE application of your debuff that increases your damage on AOE packs drastically.

Add in that KS is the single heaviest hitting spender that we have for the cost, and you literally can not avoid taking it as Trickster. It’s a massive damage loss, and your entire kit stops operating smoothly.

If it’s still an issue, your best option is to probably reset with a new loadout page. Otherwise, if it’s a personal refusal to take KS while trying to play Trickster, I have zero clue why you’re playing the spec.
