Does any spell trigger this effect? And how bout Hots/ DoTs

“All spell criticals grace you with a blessing of nature, reducing the casting time of your next spell by 0.5 sec”

So, yes, I’m going to assume all spells.

Does it apply of HoTs and DOts tho? I.E. rejuv/moonfire/regrowth ticks

Separate ticks? No, I don’t believe so. Only the initial spell cast.

Heal/damage over time effects do not crit in this game. There is no such thing.

Your HoT and DoT ticks can’t crit so no they don’t affect that talent

This, if I remember right that is, hots and dots (incl bleeds for example) do not crit at this point in the game.
