So, I’m not interested in playing an old version of the game like that, even on steroids. However, I will force myself to do because I want some of the new transmogs there.
My question is, and assuming the Legion Remix will be up until Midnight’s prepatch, there’s a more “efficient time” to play it for the bronze currency farming, like catch up bonuses or something? I ask this because playing it would just be a chore for me.
To note, beyond the standout items (fiery capes, azshara set, etc) glancing over the item lists, I think I’d want roughly just 30-40% of the recolors there.
Last time the bronze drop rates were too low at the start so they kept buffing them throughout the three months so expect something like that again. If you’re worried about being as efficient as you can be, don’t play for the first month.
I think I read somewhere some of the fire cape transmog variations are locked behind Mythic raiding. I also assume those become faceroll material with time?
Saying this because I never played MoP Remix, so I don’t know how this power creep goes.
I’ve managed to play a bit of PTR, they will eventually become solo-able even, but yeah likely by the time you join at the end you’re probably gonna have a lot of people being like ‘hey you wanted that one? no problem, let me one tap it’. I probably will, taking a month off in November.
(it does seem the grind it takes is a lot based on my own testing… but I think it’ll change).
My guess based on SoulSoBreezy’s video on legion remix is that the ‘average grinder’ of it will end up around ~100-140% vers and will be able to solo stuff, but kinda slowly.
