So I have some heroic PVE tier pieces I got from converting items in the catalyst. I bought a conquerer’s astral lacquer to give it the item lvl boost for PVP but it’s saying the S3 tier piece can’t be modified. Tried with a varnish and could only upgrade a tier helm and chest I have but not legs. Legs were unmodifiable despite being S3 tier.
Are these items bugged? Has anyone else had similar issues? Or am I just not understanding how these items are supposed to work? lol
