So, i’m sure many people who have also dabbled in FF14 have experienced the horrors of FF14 housing. Standing at a placard for it to randomly open up while dealing with 100+ clicker bots until 5 in the morning. Or the even worse lottery system. What is in place from stopping someone making multiple alts and just buying out the entire neighborhood? There are still to this day in FF14, where a single person owns multiple wards of houses. What’s stopping the same from happening?
Isn’t there only one alliance and one horde house per account? Isn’t that going to stop people from owning a whole neighborhood unless they pay for way too many subs?
Also private neighborhoods are going to be a thing so you can just join a guild or some friends and not worry about that

What i’m saying is this didn’t stop FF14. There are multiple people who spend thousands a month to just own entire wards.

I’ve heard that more neighborhoods are created as they fill up so we don’t have the limited housing issue that FFXIV has
I think WoW has a dynamic number of “wards” - i.e. Blizzard will spin up new ones if there is demand. Players can’t really monopolize housing in WoW like in FFXIV.
