Question about Halo

So this main’s Halo spreads out, comes back and enhances Mind Flay like 3 times. Got on an alt shadow priest (71) but hers just goes out once and does nothing else.

Was looking through the talents and all but besides the basic Halo point, I don’t see anything that makes it “better”.

Does anyone know what makes Halo do that for this main and not an alt?

Asking here to avoid hours of research =P

Your one priest has all points in archon hero tree. The other one probably isn’t archon or you haven’t spent points yet. The last point causes the return waves.
