If you talented into shimmer, it replaced blink

The number of times I’ve seen this question crop up tells me just how reliant people are on copy and pasting the meta build and don’t even look at talents for themselves and it’s really disappointing to see. It’s also a testament to how terrible WoW’s tooltip system is.
I went into my spell book and was looking for the blink icon, then I tried googling it before I cam here. I thought it might of been replaced by something but I couldn’t figure out what.
What whaaat? Another helpful mage who isn’t preaching doom and gloom?
