I am not sure, the only thing I am sure about is this week I didn’t get a single quest I needed and you got mad lucky so congrats! this is the last part I personally need for the massive meta achieve and its going to come down to complete RNG based luck which I dont have the best record with… There is another forum post about it here you can read on, people are rather upset about this as some have been working on it for 3+ months even before it was announced and still don’t have it completed.
