One of the talents in the Farseer hero tree is not activating. The talent is Primordial Capacity, and it states that Tidal Waves can now stack up to 4 times. Well that’s not the case on my end. Only the first two casts of Healing Chain are faster.
Is this a known bug? Maybe I’m understanding the talent wrong?
