I’ve been having a blast lately in Draenor setting up my garrison to full level 3 buildings and I’m confused as to why they can’t upgrade simple things, or why they took certain things out.
Yesterday I offered the idea of something simple like updating the training dummies in your Garrison to reflect your character’s level past 40.
As far as the title, does anyone know what the point is in removing all major city portals with the exception of Stormwind City from Stormshield? What’s the over-powered gain players would have by having these portals again?

I don’t know but they removed every portal (I used to have my hearthstone at the Pandaria sanctums). Im guessing they are trying to move everyone to SW and Org judging by the destruction of Darnassus and Undercity, maybe to make the world less empty
It’s a bummer because there are a lot of things from past expansions that can be easily upgraded (just by a numbers perspective) and people would be more willing to hang out there.
Put a transmogger in all the cities. Give portals back to Dalaran, Shrine, and Stormshield.
Thousands and thousands of developer hours have been wasted because content literally dies when new patches come out, and it doesnt have to.
I’d prefer to play this game as a WHOLE, rather than just be forced to play the latest and greatest.
Yeah, it annoys me as well. I was hoping we get new cities for undead and night elves since they looked old but i’m guessing we won’t get them
