Questing Experience

Has Blizzard ever considered changing the leveling experience in WoW, to a format where every 10ish levels would be an expansion (1-10 Vanilla, 10-20 TBC, 20-30 WotLK) and so on? Also with the ability to “twink” at the end game content of those expansions? PvP levels 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, etc. so your twink is actually useful with the gear from the expansion you are currently in.

The game has ample lore and new players just miss out on the majority of the old lore. The game could easily streamline each expansion into the main storyline of each expansion and get rid of the “bring me 15 pelts” type quests. End each “expansion” with end game content of that expansion and wrap the story up, and allow “patches” to open as your gear score increases. At that point, give the option to continue gaining XP or to stop while your explore remaining dungeons and raids of the expansion you’re in, giving each player an opportunity to “feel” the rollout of sorts, of the patches. This could help new players visualize the entire storyline and get them up to speed with main characters in the game. The content is there, it just needs to be reorganized.
