Quest/Event Areas and Where Mobs Count Toward Progress

So, I’ve noticed a couple of things in TWW that I haven’t before in other versions of WoW over the years. The circles on the minimap showing where mobs for an event/WQ/quest/etc. do not always accurately represent reality.

For example: the world quest that is currently up in Taelloch in the Ringing Deeps has a small circle indicating where mobs killed will count towards WQ progress. However, there are mobs outside that circle marked with !s over their heads that still count, greatly increasing the area and the number of spawns that players can kill.

On the flip side, the World Soul memory event in southern Hallowfall has two rares that are theoretically inside the circle on the minimap but if you’re a melee player and go to attack them, you are put outside the event zone and killing them does not count towards the event progress (the eyestock rare and one other).

These are just two examples and I know there are at last a few more. The World Soul memory in particular would be a priority fix since it requires using Echos to enter.
