I can’t complete the daily quest “Zaleth on the Go” because when I talk to Celetiros to start it, after the login screen I’m teleported to The Waking Shores and the quest doesn’t start.

Experienced the same issue today. The initial transfer screen for ‘Legion’ where the quest occurs, and then immediately the transfer screen for ‘Dragonflight’. If I’m lucky, I appear in front of the quest giver, otherwise I fall to my near death in The Waking Shores.
Just tried again for the ~30th time. I cycled through, ending in front of the quest giver, and then abandoned the quest. Accepted the quest one more time and the quest started. This time all 3 abilities were available for use and I was able to complete it for the first and last time. 100% will not do it again.
