I have a Titan Memory Card from the quest “New Titan Directives” stuck in my inventory. The Titan D.I.S.C. device won’t accept it, and I can’t complete the quest. I’ve already tried abandoning and retaking the quest, and relogging. Please remove the card or reset the quest/item so I can continue.
Just double checking because I’ve seen it before:
You’re trying to use the item on your Belt equipment right, and not on the console next to Dagran or inside the Delves?

Yep, I tried that already. The Titan Memory Card isn’t used directly on the belt — I went to the Titan D.I.S.C. device next to Dagran in Dornogal like you’re supposed to, but the console doesn’t respond at all. I also tried abandoning and retaking the quest, logging out/in, and nothing works.
The card is stuck in my bag and I can’t complete “New Titan Directives.” I’ve already submitted a ticket to a GM to get it reset or removed — seems like it’s just bugged. I see no console by Dagran
Yes it is. Click it then click on the belt to upgrade it.
The Console is basically just set dressing there.
Edit: I’ve heard that if you are standing like right next to Dagran it might not let you use it. I haven’t personally run into that (if it’s a thing) but if you’re trying to use it in the Delvers Headquarters maybe step outside and try again.
But simply right click the upgrade card in your inventory then click your equipped belt.

I can’t click on anything is it the thing right behind him? If so won’t let me click on it
You don’t click on anything in that area. The Console is simply set dressing.
I did an edit above that might help.

Are you right clicking the item in your inventory then clicking the belt in your equipment slot on your character.
Just to play it safe, try it away from the Delvers Headquarters.
You might also try a full UI reset as you could have a corrupted UI or addon blocking things. Follow ALL the directions in the below link. It’s reversible afterwards, simply rename/move the folders back to where they were.

U mean “right click to socket”?
No I mean right click the upgrade memory card in your inventory. Then click to use it on the belt.
If you want you can unequip your belt if you’d prefer to click the belt in your inventory rather than on your character equipment pane.
Edit: it’s functions the exact same way as using an enchant on an item or using like the upgrade items for the Circes Circlet from a few patches ago.

If you don’t the managers can reinstall some of the files that may be causing any corruption, if any is there.
You aren’t deleting any of the folders and such so reinstalling them later should have everything set back up.
Now if the UI reset does fix the issue you might need to uninstall and reinstall add-ons one by one until you figure out which one (if any) was causing the problem.

Not working I’ve uninstalled the addons but nothings working at all and when I try to submit a ticket there’s no option for it for the quest and achievement ones in game issues
Tickets cannot help with quests. Only in very specific and rare instances and in those cases a support article will ask users to contact support.
I guess your best bet now is to move this over to the Bug Report forum and submit it as a bug. That was Devs can take a look into any potential issues.

Currently, this thread is located in the Quests category.
You can move it to the Bug Report forum yourself. Go to your initial post and click the pencil icon at bottom of that post. Then it will show you the same options it did when you created the post. Just choose Bug Report for the Forum.
But just to cover all bases, and give an illustration of what Jeysca has been suggesting. Here is a video that shows the exact method for using the Titan Memory Card. I have the video set to start at the exact point where they will use the Card.

For clarification, you had originally posted in Customer Support, different from Big Report.
A Support Forum Agent felt this was better off in Quests so it was moved.
But since nothing seems to have helped, a Bug Report would be the next step.
