second part doesnt trigger, hogger stuck at 1 hp with the 2 NPCs spawned but no quest credit. Even after abandoning the quest and re accepting it. even without the quest the 2 NPCs that spawn in are still there with hogger at 1 HP. relogging and all addons turned off, same thing.
