My wife and I are just starting characters on remix - and after basic action bar setup my wife was unable to turnin the 2nd i believe quest to the first time you speak to Khadgar on Krasus’ landing.
Basically she soft-Disconnected, for lack of a better term.
Could walk around, see me casting, etc, chat was moving, but was completely unable to interact further with Khadgar. Eventually after several minutes, tried another character completely, and questing stuck again same problem but on the Khadgar in chamber of the guardian first quest.
The only change we made was to STOP using the cooldown manager and she has since been able to continue the quest chain.
