So this is one that really makes me angry . I went around gathering them and you can not see in order to count them, So I gathered at least 12. NOW to turn it in??? If I hearth to SW to find the wrangler will they still be with me? What if the wranger is not in SW? So I think I will abandon the quest (after having spent an hour on it) and re-acquire it hoping that it will be given to me by the “Wrangler” and I will know where he is. It is a world quest so it cannot be abandoned. ALL THAT TIME TOTALLY WASTED and I have to just leave it.
