I previously played this human priest during the legion era and have acquired all of the LAs for priest. Until recently, I created a void elf priest with level boost and was trying to unlock legendary artifacts on the void elf but failed.
I have talked to chromie to take me into Legion's timeline and skipped all the cutscene and battle, straight to Dalaran. But weirdly, characters leading to LAs did not pop up and suddenly, I can do the upgrade test for the LAs, very strange. More on that, I have no access to the class hall, neither the introductory quest.
Is there anything quest that I've been missing? Could someone help me on this one? Thank you for reading this.
