Cannot craft item Heart in a Bottle (Quality 3) because it states missing reagent Thomas’s Empty Bottle, though bottle is in my inventory.
Same. This has been happening with several quests where I have the item in inventory and it won’t complete the action.
So I ended up abandoning it, because I was having an issue with Keys of Loyalty as well? But that seemed to fix that quest, so I’m curious if you don’t have any other crafting quests in your log if that will fix the missing reagent issue.
