Questing on some horde alts on the side, on BCC and the first part of this quest I had no trouble with, but the second part ‘The Stagnant Oasis’ isn’t registering as complete in the log. The character will do the animation fine and the visual animation of planting the seeds also happens, but it is not completing the quest. I have abandoned said quest and have tried again but it didn’t change anything.
Can confirm - all quests like this are broken. You’re not alone.
