After 20 years you still don’t have learned a thing about quests, unbelievable!
I can’t complete the quest, because people killing the mobs instantly and tagging it, so I never have a chance to complete.

I’ve been trying for 40 minutes to tag the mobs that spawn and just can’t. People throwing down punching bags and target dumbs are not helping one least bit. NPC’s die faster than I can cast an instant spell as an Enhancement Shaman.
edit: 63 minutes spent to get just 1 of the confrontation.
It is just inexcusable that Blizzard put this kind of quest in place. Every time they’ve given the playerbase an opportunity to grief the rest of the players by blocking a mandatory step in a quest chain, they do it. How could Blizzard have screwed this up this badly?
I came here to look for a way to finish this quest. Looks like I’m not the only one who can’t get a tag. Guess I’ll just wait till 4am when most people are asleep so I can enjoy the quest. I don’t need sleep anyways!
It’s a study in stupidity. I am so tired of this kind of stuff from blizzard. They could prevent at least the idiocy of the players that seem amused by dumb antics like the turnip punching bag and others. Aww… to hell with it. I’ll come back to it later… maybe.
This quest is a complete waste of my time and I’m not bothering to complete it until it is changed or fewer people are doing it.
The mob tagging appears to be improved and I was able to move past this hurdle.
