[quest] The offering to Azshara - Can't turn in quest

In Darkshore this quest requires you to kill 4 priest mobs, then queen Aszhara appears, does some role play, then Stormrage appears, does some role play, then the queen disappears and the turn in “?” appears on the map but Stormrage has no option to turn in the quest and then get the next quest.

Workaround: /reload after queen Aszhara disappears will reload the world with the version of stormrage you can turn the quest into.

Thanks to Wowhead for work around. Dates on comments indicate this broke with 10.0 prepatch

This bug blocks the dark shore and meta quest achievements.

There are many quests that have broken like this or in other ways since the prepatch. Shadowlands is full of quests where you have to leave an area or close the game to get a questgiver to start talking to you or even appear.
