I received all the other rewards, but my Delver’s Journey XP was not given.
I completed the quest, but I noticed that the Delver’s Journey amount (3K) was red, like when I am going to earn more that the limit on a limited currency. I checked my Delver’s Journey bar, and it seems to be low (only between the first and second diamonds), and didn’t seem to move when I finished two lvl 8 delves today.
Hopefully, they’ll fix this shortly.
I noticed that as well, I was near the check mark, but no where can you see a limit, so i assumed it was an error (i have never seen this quest before, even after running bountiful delves every day). 3k is a lot of progress, and to earn none, is rather unfortunate. I hope it is fixed as well.
I noticed the delver’s journey reward is showing red for me as well, and in another discussion others were saying the same for them. I’m reluctant to turn in and lose the journey XP. Are we gated? Respectfully, may we have a blue response on this please?
I submitted it as a bug, but as they say, they don’t give a response to bug reports, but hopefully others are submitting it, too.
definitely not an actual cap or gate, as i can still earn delver’s journey progress from doing bountifuls, its just the reward from this quest that is red and not being awarded on turn in.
I submitted this as a bug as well as a customer service ticket (in the hopes of getting visibility). The response I got back from customer service was that this was “not a known issue”. Wowhead has a number of comments around the quest showing some received it and some did not.
I second the request for a blue post.
