I waited for the quest giver NPC to spawn, then accepted the quest. The special pet NPC spawned an the enemy NPCs also spawned, but I could not use any ability from my pet bar or interact with the enemies in anyway. I was also unable to dismiss the special NPC, reloading didn’t help, and I had to simply wait for the 5 minute debuff to expire before I was able to do anything further. I have yet to retry since there were about 5 other players waiting for the NPC.
its bugged if you are on a mount when you accept.
dismount, wait for it to expire, try again.
