Is there some trick to getting this quest to pop?
I did the one before it…just fine…then nothing.
nvm…the wife told me to buy TWW so I did…the quest popped right after the purchase, lol

Do we really need to buy the expansion to play TWW even if it already launched for everybody? My quests are bugged and it isn’t letting me proceed with the questline properly.

that particular quest seems to be the line between buying TWW and not.
the second I purchased TWW the quest popped.
I spent two hours trying to figure it out prior to buying TWW, lol
