Quest "Siege of Boralus: Lady Ashvane's Return" cannot be completed so Kul Tirans can't be unlocked

I completed this dungeon with 2 friends manually. We completed the dungeon, but even after watching the final Kul Tiras cutscene from Jaina’s dialogue option “Finish this”, and then selecting her dialogue option “leave this place”, I still haven’t completed the quest.

I left the instance and manually rejoined it myself, and now all the bosses are still dead and it spawns me at the final section. I go talk to her again, watch the cutscene again, click “leave this place” again, and nothing.

I’ve been grinding for Kul Tirans for nothing I suppose. This is the very last quest I have to do before unlocking them.

Edit: It was done on Heroic difficulty, but since the quest just says “Siege of Boralus completed” I assume that Heroic works. I have no way of doing Mythic anyways.

The weirdest thing is that I am able to do quests in the war campaign where Jaina is literally refered to as “Lord Admiral” showing that this was supposed to be done AFTER this quest and yet it still isn’t completed.

Were you in party sync mode while doing the run? I’m seeing reports on Wowhead of that stopping the quest from completing.

Heroic version will give credit. You might need to wait until tomorrow’s reset to run it again for credit.
