Mobs scaling in the quest SI:7 Report: Lost in the Woods (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=29733/si-7-report-lost-in-the-woods) is now broken for mistrunner characters at least (have not tested regular characters).
Enemy mobs hit for ~30% of the character’s health, and no healing is possible. Does not compute. Also, was never like this before.

Talk to the pilot then run to the left so you wont aggro regular mobs then walk closer until General Rik-Rik shows up and attacks you, kite him with your strongest attack only.
The follow-on quest (SI:7 Report: Fire from the Sky) is broken as well. Tigers oneshot the character. Also, the sniper action does not oneshot the tigers (it is supposed to). Completely unplayable (unironically).
It doesnt work it’s broke STILL I literally cant even get back to stormwind now. I wasted all my time THINKING this remix was a faster way to level what a bunch of garbage. This is rediculous its a KNOWN ISSUE and they refuse to fix it.
Even if I try to kite him and do this WEIRD way to complete a quest that should be simple the general runs so damn fast 3 hits I am dead.
If you hide to the left and get all the adds the general randomly just keels over and dies but then the quest is stuck and you are stuck as the nightelf forever until you hit exit. It’s literally uncompleteable now.
Same. Did this on a bunch of alts with no problems, but as of trying today, taking big damage, and “Missing” the attacking hozen.
If you are close enough when he dies, you get credit and can complete the quest.
