I’m stuck on the quest Rupture (where you rescue rogues in the sewers) I’ve tried everything even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I do the quest and when I come out the cutscene doesn’t trigger and I’m just stuck running around that tiny area by the bank. Happening on multiple characters but the one I care about is Feyranna-Proudmoore. Please help!
I’ve reset my ui and am currently fully uninstalling the game a second time but my hopes are low
Open your map when you’re in the sewers, they changed to rescue location.

I can go through the pipe, either side, and all I get is; “make your way to the surface”, which I do, and there’s nowhere I can go.
It was a really bad bug. fml Blizzard. went back and forth like 20 times through the pipe, and the 20th time was the charm. the NPC finally appeared.

Stuck in same spot in Dalaran after coming out of the city. Now a crowd of player characters stuck.
This is my second character. My first character completed the quest no problem on Monday on launch day.
I got confused by this too, after being down in the sewers, taking them out of the webs, and them coming to the surface and not getting the cutscene which lets me progress.
I had to abandon the quest which teleported me right back to the start of that quest, it only takes about 2 minutes to un-web everyone and then you get to a point where the NPC says outloud “The exit should be on the right.” At that point you have to escort the group to that long sewer tube (not the grate) on the right, and speak to the NPC to progress. Then he till direct you to going out the same grate that led you to the bugged area the first time, but you’ll now have the cutscene that lets you proceed.
