Quest "Return of the Black Prince"

As soon as I log into my lvl 50 horde toon, the quest “Return of the Black Prince” pops up. I attempted to accept the quest, but it simply popped back up again without adding it to my quest log, so I tried declining and it did the same pop up again. After I close the quest dialogue, it will pop back up again within a few seconds, closing out anything that I had open. It is very frustrating to have it constantly opening…any way to fix this? Thanks!

I’m happy to see I’m not the only one, but also frustrated. Did you get it to go away? I just resubbed after two years and my monk can’t do anything because this keeps popping up.

same dont know how to report. cant play the game with it popping up like that. so annoying

I am still having this issue even after a year of when this was posted. Is there a fix for this?

What level is your character who is seeing this?
Where is that character in the campaign? This quest is supposed to pop after you have gotten your heart of azeroth and opened Nazjatar ([Send the Fleet]).
