I recently acquired the quest “Resisting the Storm”, but I am unable to progress. The NPC that I am told to talk to (Tarnormu) does not exist anywhere in the Primalist future that I can find. I also have no information from the quest on how to complete the requirement “The Storm’s Fury”. Something seems to be very wrong with this quest.

Having the same issue on Shadowsong with my evoker.
Sorry to bring this back up, but Tarnormu (the NPC) still isn’t there for this quest.

Only visible during the Storm’s Fury event (disappears after the boss is killed). Found at 61.0,47.0 in the Primalist Future subzone, standing next to Brendormi.
