Another Necrolord assault and this quest is still not back. This has to be intentional at this point.
Edit: I filed a ticket because why not. And the CS rep actually said it is 'WORKING AS INTENDED" LOL, that made my day.

Another 2 weeks of waiting for a RNG quest to pop so I can loot pieces of a ring that have absolutely nothing to do with this quest or Necrolord assault It’s been months since it was last up. This has to be a bug.

Not stating that it is intentional but it feels that way since Centurion march was the assault quest 2 weeks ago and here it is again. I would be fine if it was on some sort of rotation as there are a lot of quests that are in that slot but to repeat this quest again? Idk I am not going to state or speculate anything but I fear the worst on this. Disappointing and frustrating is all I can post at thsi point as me and quite a few others have been waiting for over 2 months for this.

this part of the quest in the Necrolord event has actually been up since the second week which in fact make it about 6 or 7 weeks without putting the quest putting a plan together or clearing the Walls which is part of the a fore mentioned quest as a non working quest also along those lines if you get the chance to look at your quest logs which i have via Blizz and WoWhead who imports them for you that quest doesn’t show up as being started or finished so how can it be working as intended and it has been like this since the first day of the Necrolord event> It’s not that it’s Frustrating or anything IT’S THE KNOWN FACTS THAT IT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THEM AND THAT WE SUPPORT THEM BY DOING AN IN GAME WALK OUT THE SAME DAY THAT THEY DO BECAUSE OF THE INTERNAL PROBLEMS that they are having and we pay to play so they in fact (the ones that we support can work) yet they show very little support for use other than saying were going to start fixing things in the next patch… My saying to that is FIX THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT VIA BUG REPORTS AND TICKETS now instead of saying “it is 'WORKING AS INTENDED” ya I’m kind of ticked off as it has been almost 7 weeks of it not being put back in the rotation as it should have

This is definitely frustrating. I knew there would be a quest rotation from the start hence the reason WHY I didn’t do it the first time it was up based on the apparently totally incorrect assumption that it would indeed be rotated in again in a few weeks. We’ve seen other quests multiple times from the kyrian guys during the necro assault sometimes twice in a row which is the case this week and is not a rotation just RNG.
I know it’s only a mount but it’s nice to look forward to these sorts of things and totally weak to feel perpetually let down when it doesn’t happen for no good reason. I’m still going to do the assault just like I do all of them so it’s not a metric of play time. I’m about 10 billion percent sure there isn’t anyone waiting out there ready to click their button to unsubscribe right after they get this stupid mount lol.

Here’s a simple idea, Blizz: Put the Quartered Ancient Ring item as part of the reward for ANY of the Kyrian buddy quests that slot in place of the “Putting A Plan Together” quest rotation slot, if you don’t plan on fixing the spawn frequency/rotation for the actual “Putting A Plan Together” quest. Job done, and you can move on to more pressing or difficult to solve bugs, because obviously you’re just alienating your player base, while hiding behind the “working as intended” excuse. Which is to say, it’s inexcusable.

Yet another rotation of Maw Covenant Invasions, and still no sign of this quest being made available. What’s worse is the quest that Mikanikos is offering is the same “Centurions March!” quest that was offered two weeks ago, when last there was a Necrolord Assault. /facepalm

And the time before that, I believe, also. In fact, there are supposedly three quests in the rotation, the 3rd being Pulling His Chain. I’ve never seen that quest, either. Only Centurion’s March. I missed the very first Necrolord Assault due to summer classes in college taking priority over playing WoW… if I knew then that I’d spend the next 2 and a half months regretting that decision, I would have logged in for 20 minutes to get the stupid quartered rings that I had no clue wouldn’t be accessible otherwise.
It’s been stuck on Centurions March since the second time the Necrolord assault has come up which has been almost 5 months now I think and I remember doing clearing the walls the first time it came up and now it’s not in my quest logs that show on WoWhead or here

So that has been 5 assaults not and no Putting a Plan Together quest. This is getting very annoying.

reading here I worked out how to get to the caches without the quest
but it was all futile until the quest was up
2 Weeks till Dragonflight and this Quest has not popped in 3 1/2 months. Its all i need for the mount but it does not pop anymore. WTF???
This is 9th Necrolord assault for me in 2023 I have the other 4 rings. One i got a hand with(the which you need to 3 man kill 3 rares I skipped that by asking around. But yeah I highly doubt its active anymore I have gotten out of the 9 5 of one and 2 more of the other 2 the 4th quest that little owl offer won’t appear.Blizzard either put it on a low as f*** chance to appear like a lot of things in shadowlands, or it is gone.I am on oceanic region so if anyone in other regions has had it this year at all let me know so i can have some piece of mind.
