Quest problem: A summons from Moonglade

I abandoned the “A summons from Moonglade” by mistake and now the NPC ( Archdruid Hamuul Runetotem) won’t respawn in Dalaran… Any help would be more than appreciated! <3

I did all the pre-required quests back in the day, but now I’m just stuck without being able to start my Druid Artifact Weapon quest line T_T
