Has anyone had a problem with this quest other than me? Trying it again for the second time & still getting nowhere. Once i get the quest from Steelsage Gao in Rustbolt i’m sent to the ferry back to the Pyramid portal room to go to Newhome & procure certain items from the resident murlocs. The only problem is I can’t see the murlocs that everybody else is seeing & doing business with. I have tried logging out & back in…no change. I have disabled all my addons…no change. I have done a total reboot…no change. I have deleted my WTF & cleared my cache & still NO CHANGE! OK…what next??? I need help here & am greatly appreciative of your time in advance.
Mrrl needs to be rescued before he is available to buy things from. It is a fairly easy rescue - he is sitting at the north entrance to the big naga camp that is at the bottom of the cliff that both bases are on, close to the main east-west road in that area. He will have a gold quest marker. You just have to lead him back to your base, which you can do without any combat.
Once he is there he will give you an introductory quest that sends you to each of his little friends so you learn where they are, then they are all open for business.

I have to ask, since I’m in the same boat, where is Mrrl? I’ve roamed all around the Naga camp and can’t find a gold quest marker. I’m looking primarily in the north section of the map, as your post seems to suggest. Maybe I’m too far north? Any approximate coordinates would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!
