I am trying to finish the last of “The Upper World Pillar Fragment” quests so I can get the achievement “Deep into Deepholm”. A quest I am required to do, “Blood of the Earthwarder” shows up on the map. However the NPC is missing and I cannot do the quest.
This means it is now impossible for me to get the achievement, is there anyway I can get around this? Would appreciate any help, thank you
