OK, not talking about the bi-weekly quest. Those do show. But the regular yellow exclamation mark quest and the repeatable Tuskar blue exclamation mark quest do not show up on my world map. The ONLY quest markers that show up are the ones in Valdraken.
I am not sure if this is a bug or by design. But it sure is a pretty bad experience. I have went through and cleared all the quest, only to be flying around for herbs 2 days later and on my mini map a quest marker pops up. So, yea they show on the mini map, but not the world map.
If this is a bug and can be fixed, please let me know. If its by design from the devs, make sure to raise hell about this if you find it annoying.
The only quest markers that appear on the world map are ones that are flagged important by the developers (usually related to core expansion systems).

And you think somehow this expansion has a hidden system when it doesn’t. And also your response isn’t helpful.
There are a number of quests that are flagged to appear on the world map, the vast majority do not.
Those that are flagged are usually for interesting things for example the quest for the missing battle pet in Valdrakken is flagged to appear on your world map, but there are 5-6 other quests you pass on the way from the centre of town that are not flagged.
It is obvious that these are set up differently than a standard quest.

Yes. It was helpful. Because it points out that not all quests appear on the map, to let the OP know there’s nothing wrong with their game.
Daily Quests, to my knowledge, have never shown on the world map.
The side quests not appearing was only in Shadowlands, and I assume they didn’t carry that over because people complained about it being stuck on their alts maps.
The PvP and Pet quest show up in Valdraken, but ones out in the zones that actually provide renown do not. Thats rather annoying. I can understand people not wanting their map populated with crap they have no interest in. But turning them off for everyone instead of another toggle being added in game is annoying. Heck they could just tag them in with the Trivial Quest toggle.
That said, is there a console code to enable them or an addon?
