Quest: Mysterious Soul Mirror, unable to hand in

I got the soul mirror but I never got around to turning it in until after I completed the Kyrian covenant campaign. I get up to The Eonian Archives to find Uther and Thenios sitting together but Thenios doesn’t have a quest completion for me.

I’m having the same issue. I chose Fates in Shadowlands and completed the Kyrian campaign without turning the mirror quest along the way. Now Uther and Thenios are in contemplation together and I can’t turn in the mirror quest and view the cinematic.

Same issue here. I leveled this toon via the Story, NOT threads of fate, and can’t complete it after having finished the Kyrian campaign.

Having the same issue. Tried dropping the quest and restarting, reloading, completely exit out of game and restarting…nothing works. The quest just sits there taunting me and laughing because I cant turn it in. /sadface

Same, has this self corrected for anyone after the weekly reset?

It hasn’t as far as I know. The notes haven’t said anything about quest specifics.
