I’m lvl 90 in MOP Classic and when a I opened the Eternal Flowers the daily quests were avaliables but the ‘Meet the Scout’ don’t. Sunwalker Dezco’s still in two moon shrine, second floor. I opened a ticket with the GMs and followed their instructions, but none solved my problem.
