Season of Discovery’s Leonid Barthalomew the Revered gives the new quest “Loss” and there are several spectral NPCs near him, which look like they would start a little scenario or conversation of sorts, but nothing happens.
Quest appears completed in quest log, but Leonid has no dialogue or turn in option. I have been here for like an hour, reloading, relogging, abandoning and accepting, and nothing seems to help.

I’m very confused; we added a despawn timer to them last night so that they clean up if they get stuck. I’m digging into it.

Oh that hotfix isn’t quite live yet.

Okay, that fix that I mentioned should be live for real now.
