Curious if anyone can point me to an addon that can highlight / lead you through a specific quest line. For example - I’m trying to unlock the Nightborne right now. When I’m surumar I’d like to only have the quest show up on my map for the insurrection achievement which is required to unlock the race. Anyone know of any options?

Azeroth Auto Pilot might do what you’re after. It’s been ages since I’ve used it.
You should be able to use the combination of the addons Wholly and Grail. You can choose different achievements and see the quests needed for them.
