Through a glass, darkly quest. I started this quest and Sarecgosa bugged and I could not interact with her. I did the following without any luck to be able to restart the quest. In fact I lost all quests prior and none of the NPCs I talked to prior will not give me any quests.
-reload ui
-leave instance and reset instance
-killed my character
-abandoned the quest
I can no longer speak to Tarecgosa in Coldara. I can no longer get any of the quests in this chain in the caverns of time. No quest in the mage tower.
I spent weeks farming the Eternal Embers in firelands. I spent 9000 gold on the Sands of Time in the AH. I would like this fixed.
I put in a ticket and customer was no help and would not do anything until a bug report was made.
Please fix this so I can proceed on the quest line to get the legendary staff.
