2nd part “Open the locked barrel” is bugged. The barrel is there, but not clickable. Reload and disabling addons has not worked. Still a problem in TWW pre-patch 7/31/24.
Still bugged as of pre-patch for me as well 
I am still trying to find out when 11.0.2 comes out since I am trying to earn the Taivan dog mount, but there some info for you. (3rd post down is the blue post reply for you)
