Quest "Joining the Horde" bugged

Quest Name: Joining the Horde

Issue: I can’t complete the quest “Joining the Horde” on my Panderan Monk. I accept the quest, and then run to Garrosh Hold, but Garrosh Hellscream isn’t there. The only NPCs in the building are Lady Sylvanas Windrunner and Warlord Breka Grimaxe.

I’ve tried disabling all addons, cancelling and reaccepting the quest, and I’ve found nothing in regards to this issue via google or wowhead, as suggested troubleshooting steps via the support ticket I submitted (Issue ID #75830993).

Grommash hold is still bugged as of today, Warlord Breka Grimaxe is still there most likely because we picked not to do her starting zone, if thats the case then were being force to do it. :frowning:
