The 2 quest items needed are not spawning, originally only the Bloodsail Charts were there and the Bloodsail Orders that are supposed to be on the crate next to it were not there. i logged out and back in. teleported away and came back 30 min later an still not there. i then destroyed the Charts to see if would eventually respawn and they both still have not. i even checked the other possible location on the mini map for the Charts but it wasnt there either
