Kind of shocked that I didn’t see anyone else mention this issue. After the patch basically all quest items or anything you’d interact with on the ground have no highlight and are essentially hidden until you wave your mouse around for a minute to try to find the clickable thing. Pretty obnoxious. Please fix this!

Yes it’s missing for me too. I thought it was due to some addon but I have my Outline Mode set to “Quest Objectives and Mouseover” which is the default and it used to show the outline but now it doesn’t and yes it’s annoying.
