I actually ran into an issue with this chain down the line. I did “A Favor for the Lion” and “One by One”
Valeera then disappeared and I can’t get Intercepted or Keys are Optional. She is not at the spawn point in Zul’Aman. She is back in Silvermoon, but neither quest is available.
