Quest: Infiltrating the Castle (cant talk to Tyrion)

I am trying to complete the quest Infiltrating the Castle on the Classic HC server Defias Pillager.
I’m able to speak with Tyrion but for the past 2 days he doesn’t have the option to complete the quest.
No one is doing “The attack!” quest either as I have tried right after a server restart as well as in the middle of the night. I have waited a long time by him to see if he does anything different and that is not the case.
I tried to switch layers and abandon the quest and redo it.
Nothing works (also nothing from the options in the comment section in WoWhead).
I also brought it up with a ticket in-game: US93937079

Checked it today as well:

  1. I tried different layers.
  2. I abandoned the quest and retook it.
  3. Waited over 30 minutes.

Nothing worked, still bugged.

I spoke to 5 different GMs in-game.
We need the developers to take a look at this please.

Same, I am stuck in a loop with GMs. They won’t (they say can’t, but that is Blizzard choice of how to empower GMs) do anything about it other than say wait for a server reset. I just keep responding to the ticket since my only option is to mark as resolve, or respond. Its not resolved, so I just keep responding.

Did a bug report, forum post as GMs suggested. But it seems no action will happen until players make enough noise.

there is no way this quest is not bugged to hell. i logged out at tyrion so was at him when servers were back up. the quest “infiltrating the castle” was available. i accepted the quest and got the follow-up “items of some consequence”, ran back to tyrion and turned that one in. the quest “the attack” showed available but not one of the 15-20 people there could accept it. tyrion just keeps wanting a bush to hide behind.

Blizzard really cant help but do the opposite fo right when its so fuxxing simple. Only one person can do this quest at a time and if they dont abandon when fail the entire server waits on them. The very first person to take the quest is the one to bug it every server reset. If blizzard dont wake the fuxx up and answer the fuxxing call ill make my own MMO if it takes 20 years. 50,000 players line up for a quest that one person runs for the week. wtf is wrong with their brains?

Server: Defias Pillager
September 11 it was working on one (1) layer (layer 7).
Players are asking other players to invite them to layer 7… I hope this is not how you want the game experience to be Blizzard devs.
Please patch this sooner rather than later, thank you.
