Just got this quest today and still same issue as listed above. Even tried logging out and back in.

I spent 2 hours trying to get it to spawn where to put the bait, no luck here.

had a rock spawn, but it was the rock for the globs of wax not the quest rock for In a Pinch.

IT HAS BEEN FIXED, they fixed it on the update today.
