You need to get 12 blood tusk skulls killed 14 of them not 1 skull .
You get a “knife” quest item, you’re supposed to use it to scalp the bodies after killing them.
nope no " knife " item i will abandon and pick up quest again see if that fixes it. It worked got knife thanks
