Map indicator for half of the quest requirements is missing. The missing quest/map indicator is “Primary Security Disc”. Forced to go to Wowhead to find the location, as per Wowhead comments it is indeed an in-game bug and the map direction location does not function. It will send you to the Second Security Disc but not the Primary Security Disc.
